All of our flights can be changed to a different route (up to the same value) or extended (for an extra charge) at any point. Even when you’re already in the air!

  • You’ll fly from Headcorn to Le Touquet in France and enjoy a French lunch with your instructor.

    You’ll cross the channel at Folkestone and coast in at Cap Griz Nez following the French Coastline to Le Touquet. On landing you can hire bicycles and head into town.

    You’ll experience what landing away at a European airfield means, including flight plans, customs, the air traffic circuit, radio calls and airfield procedures.

    Back in the aircraft you will be in charge of the take off. Once in the sky you can experience the more advanced manoeuvres of the aircraft.

    Please note that lunch is not included and you need a valid passport for this flight.

  • Your flight begins at Headcorn Aerodrome where you will take off and head for the skies.

    You’ll head down to Portsmouth via the Cuckmere River and following the Sussex and Hampshire Coastline, taking in Brighton, Shoreham, Worthing, Littlehampton and Bognor Regis. At Portsmouth you will cross the Solent and descend into Sandown Airport.

    You’ll stop for a cup of tea and a chat with your instructor; you can also take a look at the other light aircraft.

    Returning to Headcorn you will enjoy the panoramic views of the South Downs and have the opportunity to experience some of the more advanced manoeuvres of the aircraft.

    Flying east you will see Brands Hatch before you get to the QE2 Bridge for an orbit over the top.

    From there you will have stunning views of the London Skyline.

    Your destination is Deanland Airfield. You will enjoy views of the Kent Countryside (The Garden of England) and pass the Cranbrook Windmill, Bewl Water and the Heathfield Mast.

    You will experience what landing away at a different airfield means, including joining the air traffic circuit, radio calls and airfield procedures. After landing you can grab a cup of tea at our Deanland Clubhouse.

    Back in the aircraft you will have the hands on opportunity to assist in the take off and then once in the sky experience some of the more advanced manoeuvres of the aircraft.

    This flight can also be done in reverse from Deanland to Headcorn.

  • Join the Mile High Club with Flight Sport Aviation!

    Steady on! This is not what you think! A mile high is 5,280 feet and after take off at Headcorn you will start your ascent immediately whilst heading up over the beautiful Kent countryside and you will be well on the way to being in the Mile High Club!

    On arriving at the base of controlled airspace (looking out for airliners descending into Gatwick) on a clear day you can see the Coast of France, the Isle of Wight and even the London Skyline. After this you will head back to Headcorn Aerodrome at a controlled descent.

    This flight can also be conducted from Deanland Airfield.

  • Your flight begins at Headcorn Aerodrome where you will take off and head for the skies on your way to the beautiful Kent Costline.

    You route will take you straight to the Battle of Britain Memorial at Capel-le-Ferne in Folkestone where you will see the stunning monument unveiled by Her Late Majesty the Queen Mother in 1993. You will then fly along the coastline (seeing France on a cear day!) before circling back to land at Headcorn Aeerodome.
